Kathryn Zeiler is a professor of law at the Boston University School of Law. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California (2000) and her PhD (Economics) from the California Institute of Technology (2003). Her research focuses on health care law and economics, medical malpractice liability and insurance, disclosure regulation, experimental economics and behavioral law and economics. She has been published in the American Economic Review, Virginia Law Review, Journal of Empirical Legal Studies, Georgetown Law Journal, and the Journal of Legal Studies. She is currently serving on the editorial board of the American Law and Economics Review.
