I lead complex innovation and design efforts combining insights from behavioral economics and psychology with human-centered design and strategy. I work in settings ranging from government programs to tech platforms to entire ecosystems through ideas42, an organization I spent several years building and leading. Towards our goal of measurable social impact, we take our projects all the way through to scalable implementation. In recent years, I have transitioned away from general management so I can focus more on my passion for design research, business model design, system design, teaching, and generally advancing the field of applied behavioral science.
