Lea Lupkin is the Media Manager at BSPA. When not managing media, she is a project manager at See Change, Inc. where she leads studies on energy efficiency behavior and internet of things. She holds a Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. At Yale, she was a research assistant at the Yale Program on Climate Change Communication, manager for a solar diffusion research project funded by the DOE Sunshot Initiative, and contributor to the Clean Energy Finance Forum. Lea served as the first graduate fellow with the Behavioral Insights Team North America. She previously co-founded the Behavior & Change Management division at GreenerU focused on sustainability higher ed. She is stubbornly attached to the idea that behavioral science can help solve some of the world’s most intractable environmental policy problems. She is a proud pitbull owner and trained Group Facilitator.
